1. How do I order products via the website?

You can select products and add them to the shopping cart. When you add a product to the shopping cart, you will see this automatically. If you have a discount code, you can add it to the shopping cart. To settle, click on "Continue to Checkout". Here you choose the payment method and enter the invoice and delivery address. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, you can indicate it.

After all the address details are filled in, the shipping costs will be shown.

2. I'm dissatisfied with a product, what do I do?

Contact Unigear at info@unigear.nl. Unigear handles your complaint and keeps you informed.

3. What is the delivery time?

The availability of the products is visible in the webshop. If the ordered product is available at Unigear, you will receive it within 48 hours after receiving the payment.

4. Can I pick up the product somewhere?

Your online order will always be shipped to the specified shipping address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick it up.

5. What are the washing instructions for Unigear's clothes?

To keep the print clean, you can wash the clothes best inside out at a temperature of up to 40 degrees. Do not put the clothes in the dryer and do not iron over the print but on the inside. Avoid chemicals while cleaning your clothes.
